Could it be?!? Is the BIG green apple 🍏 about to drop?!

If so, hold on to your seats. New York is the final frontier of major markets, and it’s a rocket ship just waiting to take off 🚀 🚀 🚀

Legislators claim they reached a deal with Cuomo’s office on a plan to license up to 900 dispensaries, allow home delivery and home-grow for a limited number of cannabis plants.

The legislation, which could pass both chambers by as early as next week, imposes a 9% state tax on retail sales and counties would be able to add an additional 4% levy. Towns and cities could fully opt out of the program.

A wholesale tax would be imposed based on product potency, reaching as high as 3 cents per milligram of THC.

The proposed legalization legislation allows for possession of up to 3 ounces of cannabis, possession of up to 24 grams of concentrated cannabis and would also allow people to grow up to six cannabis plants each for personal consumption, either indoors or outdoors, and households would be limited to 12 plants total.

Message me if you want to get involved in the cannabis or hemp businesses, get licensed and operate compliantly.
