One of my biggest problems with the Hemp/CBD industry has always been the issue of extracts containing THC, and the fact that it becomes highly concentrated during the processing/cleaning of “legal hemp” extracts.
I’ve warned numerous clients that the government wouldn’t just allow a high concentration of THC to be transferred willy-nilly all over the country, even if it was derived from a legal origin (hemp).
Apparently the DEA finally decided to confront the elephant in the room.
This could have a very negative impact on the Hemp/CBD industry. Hopefully it won’t become law.
